Payment
All prices are USD. Toxicsadie.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express with US billing addresses. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. For payment by PayPal or money order, email us.
Florida residents must pay 7% sales tax on entire purchase.
Shipping
Each item is made to order. This means we don’t create your garment until you place your order. Please allow 14 business days for creation and delivery to ensure that your unique order is handled with care.
Damaged and Missing Items
We take great care with packaging and shipping so that your order arrives quickly and safely. We use delivery confirmation to track the status of orders within the US. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipping or packages that may have been stolen from your doorstep.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged order, please contact us within two days. Describe the damage to your order and we will work with you to fix the problem.
Returns
Most Toxic Sadie items can be returned for store credit for the full amount paid. We do not offer cash refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges on thongs, bikini bottoms, or final sale items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns must be made within five days of receiving your order, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will be acknowledged upon receipt of your return order.
A 50% restocking fee will be added to any item damaged by careless return packaging and shipping. For your protection, we suggest using insurance and delivery confirmation with return shipping. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
Variation
All Toxic Sadie garments are handmade when we receive your order—so you know you’re getting a unique outfit created with you in mind. Fabrics and beads may vary due to limited supplies or incorporated vintage elements. No two garments are exactly alike!
We make every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, colors can vary depending on individual computer monitors, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate to the actual product color. We apologize for any inconvenience.
