SHIPPING
Any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed during holidays or weekends are subject to delay -SALES PROMOTIONS are included.
Our shipping center is not open on weekends or Holidays and any orders placed on Sat/Sun are shipped on Monday or the next business day if there is an observed Holiday.
If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select 2nd day or Next Day as your shipping method. This option does not count Sat or Sun as shipping days. If you order on Friday before 12 noon for Next Day Air, it is delivered on Monday. (EXPEDITED SHIPPING CURRENTLY NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO COVID19)
All orders are in US Dollars and will be converted by your bank to your Country's currency.
Toxic Sadie does not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
Toxic Sadie does not ship to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping.
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipping outside of the United States) - Toxic Sadie has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. Toxic Sadie is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by DHL for shipping or Processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us (for any reason including failure to reach you with provided information on package delivery), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / DELIVERY TIME. When you select Expedited the time in transit is 1-3 days. What this means is that the day the package is released from our shipping center, it will arrive in your country in 1-3 days. Then your Country will decide if any customs or duties will be due and will contact you for this payment. If there is a delay in releasing the package, contact your local shipping office to arrange a delivery time.
Shipping
Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
If an item goes on sale or is further marked down, we do not honor any refunds or price adjustments.
Items may look slightly different than appear on your computer or phone screen depending on your color settings.
You may send an order back for an exchange, store credit or refund.
We process orders within 24 hours Mon-Fri on all U.S.A. non-holidays.
If a coupon code is not added at the time of order, we are not able to honor on an order already placed. We do not do any price adjustments or credit back cards for coupon codes not used at time of placing orders.
All items that are not full price, (sale, promotion price, coupon discounted) and FINAL SALE items are non returnable, no store credit and no exchanges.
